Andrew Tate Left SPEECHLESS By Today’s Court Decision! Things Get Very Interesting!

Romanian Judges Extend Detention of Andrew and Tristan Tate

  • Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested by Romanian authorities in December 2022
  • Their lawyers argued that the brothers’ extreme wealth and public notoriety led to their extended detention, as they have been held for six months without a trial or any charges being brought against them
  • Their lawyers have argued against their detention, citing other judicial options such as house arrest that could be used, but the judges have repeatedly disagreed
  • A judge ruled that the brothers should remain in preventative custody until the end of April 2023
  • Andrew and Tristan Tate’s lawyer said that their detention had irreparably harmed their image and it would take years for them to rebuild their reputation.

Andrew Tate Case: Persecution or Lack of Evidence?

  • The Andrew Tate case is one of political persecution, not justice/fairness
  • He has been locked up in Romania for four months without charges
  • Prosecutors allege he seduced people and claimed to want a relationship or marriage but they have yet to bring any official charges
  • The time limit set by the judge is ending soon and if no charges are brought he should be released
  • This raises questions about internet culture and the influence of media on how somebody might be treated.

for a lot of people following the AndrewTate lawsuit incarceration story it's aforegone conclusion many people see thethings that he said see the clips on theinternet see the evidence quote unquoteon Twitter and either they're convincedof his innocence outright or they'reconvinced of his guilt outright assomebody who's been covering this sinceday one I've tried to remain somewhatneutral in my uh seemingly outlandishexpectation that the guy gets a fairtrial and he has beenincarcerated now for four months as faras I can tell with zero trial forsomebody who uh everyone keeps tellingme there's this Rock Solid case againstthe guy that's a slam dunk he's superguilty and why would I even everquestion itwhy aren't they going to trial it seemslike you you they're very worried aboutyou know they're only adding a lot ofuh credence to this uh to thiskind of theory thatyou know his Matrix theory that thingsare people are there you know to keepthem down keep them silenced because whynot put them on trial why not puteverything out there for the world toseethis morning uh you know this goes allthe way by the way back to December of2022 late December 2022.where Andrew and his brother Tristanwere arrested by Romanian authoritiesafter they raided his home on suspicionof all sorts of terrible things andagain like I said if guilty then okaylet us see the evidence let him getsentenced give the man his day in courtthe longer you hold out on thisthe longer a lot of people arequestioning whyoriginally sentenced to 30 days ofdetention it has been extended severaltimes despite Tate's attempts to bereleased earlier than scheduledhis most recent release date wasscheduled for March 27th that's nextweekbut a judge in Romania has opted to keepthe Tate Brothers a bit longeras reported by BBC News Andrew andTristan Tate will remain in custodyuntil the end of April of 2023 that'sanother full five weekspresumably around the 27th of the monthaccording to their lawyers prosecutorsin Bucharest did not bring any evidenceto the court hearing on March 22nd andtheir lawyers argued that their client'spopularity is contributing to thedecision to keep the brothers in custodywellI certainly think that there's someCredence to thatnow maybe it'll come out like I'm justgenuinely just asking the question heremaybe it'll come out that uh all thesethings that are said about him were trueand worse and everyone who is givingthem the benefit of the doubt guess whatthey don't look bad it doesn't look badto give somebody the benefit of thedoubt the benefit of the doubtnow I come with this from an Americanperspective where people are owed theirdate in court they are uh almost uh aright to a speedy trial it's built rightinto the core of our country so when Isee somebody held for going on sixmonths now without a trialit does make me wonder if something elseis going on it does make me wonder ifsome of the things that have been saidabout him maybe were were hopped upmaybe they can't prove some of thethings that they said they were maybethey've had witnesses that have backedout it's difficult to say it there'sbeen a lot of people that have attachedthemselves to this situation and havebeen uh grifting off of it uh like forexample Eliza blue who claimed to knowto speak for certain people and to haveinside information and all this kind ofstuff wellI'm waiting for it to come out in courtnow judges have mentioned over the pastlast few months that they are keepingtheir brothers in custody due to theirextreme wealth and ability to leave thecountry during the investigation butlawyers have argued that keeping themdetained so long is unnecessarily harshunder Romanian custody laws they couldhold Andrew and Tristan up to six monthswithout trial neither Brother orrepresentative of them have made acomment on the extension at this time ofwriting but surely you'll get an updategiven the up the fact that they'veattempted to appeal the course decisionseveral times it's only a matter of timeuntil the brothers will attempt to getan early release from custody except theway they word this is really bizarre tomeit's not an early release from custodyit's an end to uh unlawful custody acustody thatyou have somebody in prison withoutgiving them a trialhow long I mean how long does you knowhow long do you get to hold somebodywithout bail now maybe the minute theybail the guy out or bomb the guy outhe's just gonna leave the country okaywell I suppose that would be an issueI'm not exactly sure where that guywould gowhere we would find Refugenow the brothers have been detainedsince December and are beinginvestigated on all sorts of claims MrTate's lawyer said that he will be helduntil the end of April the spokeswomanMatia said the team was quote speechlessunder remaining Law Men can be the mencan be held for up to six months indetentionmy brother's lawyers told in a courtcase in Bucharest the prosecutors havebrought no new evidence on Wednesdaythey also suggested that their client'snotoriety was contributing to thedecision to keep them in custody wellsurenow quote Mr prepscue said that for thefirst time the judge addressed thebrothers directly during the hearing toask for their response to theprosecution argument that they were aFlight Risk and a risk to public orderdespite what was described as a dynamicexchange the judge eventually ruled thatthe two men should be kept inpreventative custody for another 30 daysuntil the end of April well now we'restarting to get to very interesting timethough if this brings up some veryinteresting things rightat this point right nowfrom what I understand not a singlecharge has been levied against them andthey remain in custody without beingchargedto me yeah that's an outrage six monthsin prison without charges for whatyou'd have to be some really some kindof evil evil super evil person uhto Warrant that in my opinionhe continued that the detention hadirreparably harmed their image and itwould make it would take years torebuild their reputation lawyers havelong argued that keeping Tates inpreventative custody is unnecessarilyharsh while other judicial options suchas house arrest are availablebut the judges have repeatedly disagreedand ruled four times this year alone tokeep the men in detention whileinvestigators compile evidence againstthem nowlike I said this is about to get veryinteresting because they're going to runout of timethe six-month limit would be what theend of Mayif they went in the end of DecemberJanuary February March April MayJuly okay so the end of July we're nowgoing on the fourth month in detentionare they going to bring charges what isthis even looking like now you've hadfour months plus innumerable yearsallegedly to build these cases and youhaven't done soand again to be clearno charges have been brought against thebrothers or the two Romanian associatesthey were arrested alongside with whatare you getting arrested for thenyou know and again like this isn't mestandingAndrew Tates opinionsumor his you know his the way he treatswomen or anything of that naturebut it certainly is interesting that theguy's been locked up in Romanian prisonfor going on four months and justbecause people think they know himpeople think they knowthat he's guilty they think they knowthey saw this clip on the internet so hemust be this he must be thatif you're if you if you simply say wellmaybe something is fishy here because ifthings were so cut and dry why wouldn'tthey have been charged I mean okay youneed 30 days okay maybe okay 60 daysokay maybe 90 days now you're up to 180daysin prison with no chargesif the Hope was that you don't turn thisguy into a martyrif the Hope was thatyou stop him from spreading his ideologyall you're doing is galvanizing his baseall you're doing is making everybodybelieve with 100 certainty of what hesaid about the Matrix or the peoplecoming after him is trueit certainly seems like there's moreCredence to itwhen the guy's been in four in prisonfor four months without a single chargenow the prosecution can continue torequest attentions for 180 days in totalmeaning if the judge continues to extendhis arrest period it will not bereleased from prison until the 27th ofJuneprosecutors have said that the TateBrothers recruited people by seducingthem and claiming they wanted arelationship or marriagethings in that you know that kind ofstuff wellmaybe that's true but if you have it allfigured out why aren't there any chargesnow this isn't the first time you knowhe said quote my case is not criminalit's political it's not about Justice orfairness it's about attacking myinfluence on the worldMaybehe certainly seemed to come and see alot of people sayingyou knowI don't know some people saying threemonths in prison with no change and noend in sight whatever you think of themthis is wrong either charge them orrelease them if you haven't done enoughto charge them in three months plus thetime you obviously spent before hisarrest you should let them go pendinginvestigation224 people downvote thatwhythat many people are against somebodyhaving a fair trial if the guy's guiltythen prosecute him this is so stupid andlike this is such internet culture likeoh I read some things online so yeahlock them up for Life Lord I hope younever sit on a jury of anyone I careaboutI hope
